HR Project Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking you as an experienced Human Resources Project Manager on a B2B basis for our Central- and Eastern European Region with relevant experience in post-merger integration to manage all people-related aspects of our recent acquisition. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an international cross functional project team and ensure alignment among all stakeholders
• Integrate HR systems, policies, and procedures across organizations
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate governance standards in close cooperation with our local Country Managers
• Harmonize compensation and benefits programs while maintaining equity and transparency
• Harmonize service provider structure in the CEE region
• Work with leadership to align organizational cultures and values, fostering a cohesive and collaborative work environment 
• Ensure effective implementation of HR processes across the CEE region
• Provide regular updates and report to senior management on the progress of HR integration activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Senior HR expert with a proven track record of successfully managing HR integration projects
• Proficiency in project management applications 
• Experienced in setting up compensation & benefits structures
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a complex and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
