Your Role

• Lead and inspire a team of 7 experienced underwriters in our credit department.
• Drive performance, development, and wellbeing within your team.
• Connect with key players across Swedish business—from boardrooms to startups, to help shape smart credit decisions and build lasting partnerships.
• Apply your technical underwriting expertise to complex risk scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial units and stakeholders across Sweden and internationally.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making as part of the Swedish management team.

About You

• Proven experience in credit analysis, risk underwriting, or a similar field.
• Strong financial analysis and market knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to make high-value decisions and know when to consult.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong networks.
• Managerial experience or clear leadership potential.
