Department Description
The ITS organization supports Atradius' transformation journey in partnership with the whole Atradius organization, steering business change through innovation and new developments in information technologies and process improvement. The Business Work Program’s project management team has a client and business-oriented mindset, deeply understanding the challenges to overcome to successfully deliver value to the organization. The team works closely with demand and portfolio management, and with the project teams (developers, product owners, business analysts, architects, etc.) to achieve the desired benefits realization through the project implementation.
Job Description
As an Expert Project Manager at Atradius, you will lead and deliver high-impact projects, providing advance expertise in project execution and stakeholders management, optimizing practices, mentoring other project managers and creating a collaborative environment within the project team. You will also be responsible for compliance with the PPMO framework.
In this position your key responsibilities will be:
- Manage complex projects (including several work streams) with high business impact.
- Drive project governance and organizational capability development.
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor less experienced project managers.
- Identify, manage and escalate critical dependencies, risks and issues to leadership (when required).
- Ensure projects deliver maximum business value in time and manner, without exceeding the budget allocated.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project management.
- Excellent understanding of PPMO frameworks.
- Communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
Optional qualifications:
- Advanced certification in Project Management.

- Design and govern execution frameworks and methodologies for managing complex projects with several workstreams.
- Oversee and coordinate cross-project interdependencies and risks, resolving conflicts. proactively and ensuring time and manner execution.
- Manage senior-level stakeholder expectations and drive stakeholder accountability securing commitments.
- Evaluate and improve project processes continuously.
- Mentor and support project teams for execution excellence, facilitating best practices in delivery and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team for progress reporting and cross-dependencies management.
